This includes service invoices, parts purchases, and vehicle deposits.

We want to be very clear:

• There are no fees or surcharges when paying by debit card, cash, or certified cheque.
• The credit card surcharge is a pass-through fee from the credit card companies. MINI Ottawa does not apply any markup and does not profit from this charge.
• This approach allows us to keep our prices competitive, rather than increasing rates for all customers.

Our goal is to provide choice and clarity, so you can select the payment option that works best for you without surprises. To ensure full transparency, we are sharing this information well in advance so you have time to plan and choose the payment method that best suits you.
