VARIANTS 101.

While every MINI features a fuel-efficient TwinPower Turbo engine, there’s much more variation under the hood than meets the eye.

COOPER.
The standard MINI variant that raises standards everywhere. With an economical 3-cylinder engine, the MINI Cooper produces 134 HP and 162 lb/ft of torque, meaning you’ll have plenty of zip whenever you need to zag.
COOPER S.
With MINI’s middling engine variant, you should have no trouble getting your ‘S’ in gear. MINI Cooper S models feature a 4-cylinder engine that produces 189 HP and 207 lb/ft of torque. More than enough to conquer both city streets and country roads.

Three small letters make a powerful difference. With models in the range boasting up to 301 HP and 331 lb/ft of torque, the MINI John Cooper Works class pushes the performance of a MINI to an entirely new level.
