Who Is Eligible?
This program is available to members of eligible post-secondary communities who fall into one of the following categories:
Students currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.
Recent graduates with a degree, diploma, enrollment confirmation, or official transcript received within the past 24 months.
Faculty and staff with proof of employment or a current pay statement.

Faculty and staff members can qualify by providing:
• Proof of employment

Student Credit Support
Eligible students and recent graduates may receive special credit consideration even with no down payment and no guarantor, provided the following criteria are met:
• Degree, diploma, or official transcript received within the past 24 months
• Debt-to-income ratio not exceeding 40%
• No derogatory credit history
